Kanye West Makes His Own Furniture According to Kim Kardashian

In a new interview with Architectural Digest, Kim Kardashian reveals that Kanye West designed all of the furniture in his office, and paired up with Axel Vervoordt in the past to collaborate on furniture designs.

Although Kardashian’s office is decked out in Vincent Van Duysen, West’s office is entirely made up of his own designs. Kardashian noted that “Kanye is so good at it, he loves to draw out pieces.” Indeed, West has collaborated with furniture designer Vervoordt in the past, once resulting in the “Kanye Couch,” a West-designed piece located in the couple’s home. This isn’t West’s first brush with the world of design: last year his The Life of Pablo merch was nominated for a prestigious ‘World’s Best Design’ award and in 2016 West tweeted about a marble bed he was designing for Kardashian, check out his original sketch below:
