Sole DXB 2018: Dior, Jordan Brand x Levi's, Custom Kit Kat Bars and More
Here’s what went down in Dubai.
Sole DXB 2018 may have topped the spectacle of last year’s event, with plenty of must-see events and limited releases all going down over the course of a single weekend. Including activations from some of the biggest names in streetwear, the happening also offered attendees a chance at secondhand gems, raffled prizes and sets from musicians like Yasiin Bey, Blood Orange and Nas.
Major brands like adidas, Levi’s and Reebok all hosted pop-up spaces with special releases and plenty of covetable goods, including limited drops like the Jordan Brand x Levi’s range and Dragon Ball x adidas collection. Elsewhere, Dior’s Spring 2019 delivery was made available in a wireframe space outfitted with plenty of logos and a light-up KAWS bee. Guests could experience artist installations in other booths — like Futura-customized Levi’s jackets — and even create custom Kit Kat packages via a special Chocolatory.
