LOWFi, the rap trio by way of both Baltimore and Florida that consist of Jayy Grams, Von Wilda and Hayelo, release the music video for “Crooked Halo,” a standout cut off their debut album, The Allegory. In the music video, which was directed by Adam Ben, Von Wilda takes viewers to his side of town as he rattles off bars.

“This was the first song I ever recorded in a booth,” Wilda, the 16-year-old youngin’ from BMore, told HYPEBEAST. “Up until that day, I had only recorded using a phone or USB mic so when I finally got my shot I made sure I let it all out and let people feel my pain. Make sure you cop The Allegory and be on the lookout for my solo tape, 16 to Life.”

The collective of teenagers are talented and are one of the most exciting young rap groups in rap right now. The Allegory is a nine-track LP that features no guest appearances and is led by the single “LOWFi Anthem.”
