A First Look at Swizz Beatz's Reebok DMX Run
“It’s showtime!”
In November, Reebok teamed up with Cam’ron to release his take on the DMX Run. In continuing its hip-hop alliance, the Massachusetts label looks to Swizz Beatz for another collaborative rework of the lifestyle silhouette.
Swathed in orange, the shoe features a lux retooling that sets itself apart from its predecessors. Choosing to opt-out of the traditional lacing system, the DMX Run features white lace loops that allow the user to weave the shoe strings throughout the body as they are kept in place via lace locks. The highlight from the collab comes through the metallic detailing that coddles the arch while jutting through the side of the white mid-sole.
