Les Basics Keep It Simple With Fall/Winter 2018 Collection
Including a Novesta collaboration.
As its name suggests, British brand Les Basics is known for its understated selection of staple pieces. For its Fall/Winter 2018 collection, the label has reworked existing pieces, such as T-shirts and sweats, and added new styles including the Le Football Shirt as well as a flight jacket and smart pants.
The color palette for the collection takes inspiration from masonry, with “Slate Grey,” “Dusty Stone” and “Clay Red” all featured prominently throughout the capsule. Elsewhere, the Fall/Winter 2018 release also sees new textures including horizontal and vertical cord, and a new heavyweight jersey fabric. The collection is finished with Les Basics’ first footwear release, with the London-based brand taking on Novesta‘s “Marathon” silhouette. The minimalist sneaker features an upper made of smooth leather and suede that comes in three different colorways: off white, stone and black.
