Uniqlo Pays Tribute to Charles and Ray Eames With Its Latest Collaboration
Referencing the duo’s legendary designs.
After recently releasing its collaboration with British designer J.W.Anderson, Uniqlo has now revealed a collection dedicated to legendary American architects and designers Charles and Ray Eames. The collection, made in collaboration with Eames Office, is a celebration of the husband and wife duo’s long-lasting impact on modern design with pieces that reference some of their most iconic creations.
The focus of the collection is graphic T-shirts that feature a break-down of the famous Eames Chair, as well as other products designed by the couple. The collection also includes patterned slippers and patterned blankets. The SPRZ NY collection is available now from Uniqlo Japan before it drops in New York and Chicago stores on October 2.
