Sir Hotels Pays Homage to Yacht-Living With the Sir Joan Hotel in Ibiza

The Sir Hotels hospitality collective has added the Sir Joan Hotel in Ibiza to its collection of boutique properties. Located in the city’s center, it’s close to nightlife attractions and Talamanca Beach and housing 38 rooms and hotel suites. The interior is designed by Baranowitz + Kronenberg with walls and ceilings resembling windows below the deck of a yacht with its choppy water and round mirror aesthetic. A sea-life effect goes throughout the public area with plank wood lines on the floor and reflective aluminum lines along the ceiling.
The hotel’s IZAKAYA Asian Kitchen & Bar is a contemporary restaurant that serves Japanese cuisine fused with Peruvian flavors. THE BUTCHER, offers a high-end burger bar available for late night party goers. From the pool, you get a front row view of the hotel’s facade, a mosaic of staggered, glowing cubes. Rooms start at approximately $702 USD per night on the Sir Joan Hotel website.
