Having linked up last month for a new collaborative Jack Purcell capsule with Converse, indie imprint Polar Skate Co. has now found its way to linking up with Malmo compatriots Très Bien for a fully-fledged collection for the 2017 fall/winter season. The collaboration features a wide range of apparel and accessories, containing everything from jackets and T-shirts to caps and skate decks, all coming in an array of distinct colorways. Standout features include some notably 70s-flavoured influences in the form of bold striping to the sweaters and T-shirts — as well as a an eye-catching cropped velvet jacket — all paying subtle homage to Polar’s skating roots with subtle Très Bien vibes. It’s a laid-back collaboration — as ideas born in pubs and with ongstanding friendship at the root often are — but one that makes a great deal of sense both in theory and in practice.

Set to drop on August 15, the Très Bien x Polar Skate Co. collaboration will be available from select fashion and skate retailers including Opening Ceremony, END., Goodhood, Très Bien, ‪and Polarskateco.com.
