The Air Jordan 1 Takes a Trip Down Memory Lane with Two New Nylon Iterations
A true retro in every sense.
Jordan Brand will look to give us a trip down memory lane in the near future. Its iconic and timeless Air Jordan 1 silhouette will play host to suede and nylon makeovers that will bring back memories of the ’80s for some. While both pairs will see a nylon grey base, red suede and black suede respectively will set the two pairs apart as it highlights the toe, lace panel, tongue and rear panel. One thing that Jordan fans will immediately spot is that the Jumpman logo and “AIR” have found its way onto the tongue label in place of the traditional “NIKE AIR” label. Both iterations are a remixed and reimagined versions of the original Air Jordan 1 but will have nostalgia playing for them.
