Another day, another surprise concoction by Starbucks. The Seattle coffee stalwart has unveiled a new drink that is served with a bamboo skewer of beef jerky aptly called, Pepper Nitro with a Jerky Twist. The beverage itself consists of Starbucks’ nitro cold brew infused with malted fennel black syrup alongside honey cold foam, cracked pink peppercorn, and of course, the glorious savory protein on a stick.

“With the first sip, you get a hint of the honey cold foam and the aroma of the pink ground peppercorn,” said Starbucks R&D team member Raegan Powell to Business Insider. “The real surprise is the salty savoriness of the jerky garnish, an exciting complement to the smooth and sweet finish of the nitro cold brew experience.”

If you’re interested in purchasing the Pepper Nitro with a Jerky Twist, you will need to head over to the company’s Seattle Roastery—the beverage will not be available to sample in any other space owned by Starbucks.
