Yoshio Kubo and PUMA have teamed up to launch a new line called “yoshiokubo by PUMA” for Spring/Summer 2017. The theme of “Survival” in the new collab builds off Kubo’s reputation for technical textiles — as evidenced by his 2017 fall/winter collection — to elevate the PUMA Blaze, PUMA Suede and garbs. Two colorways of the Blaze, black, and cream are equipped with unique bandanas and zippers while the duo of black and olive Suedes are reimagined with a drawstring lacing system. Staying with the color palette featured on the sneakers, the clothing selection includes jackets, shorts, tees and pants in black, white and olive.

The full “yoshiokubo by PUMA” collection is available on PUMA’s Japanese web store right now and will hit select retailers on March 25. Retail for the Blaze is ¥25,920 JPY (~$233 USD) while the Suede is slightly cheaper at ¥21,600 JPY ($194 USD) with the clothing ranging from ¥10,800-¥32,400 JPY (~$98-$292 USD).
