PUMA, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Dhruv Kapoor officially unveiled the PUMA x RCB x Dhruv Kapoor jackets at Milan Fashion Week. The three limited-edition pieces appeared in Kapoor’s Spring/Summer 2027 show, Presence, putting an Indian Premier League team on a major fashion week runway, a moment PUMA calls a first for the sport.
Kapoor started with sportswear and took it apart. Each jacket rebuilds performance fabrics and technical hardware into new shapes, then adds handcrafted work on top. The result mixes the language of match-day kit with the detail and construction his label is known for. It’s a natural fit for a designer whose work already sits between street culture, Indian craftsmanship and luxury fashion.
The runway setting gives the pieces their context. Presence is built on the tension between cultural memory and contemporary systems, and placing cricket jackets in that collection turns team gear into a fashion statement. For PUMA India, the Milan debut is the latest step in a longer push to take RCB, one of the IPL’s most popular teams, beyond the stands and into everyday wardrobes.
The three PUMA x RCB x Dhruv Kapoor jackets will be available soon online, at select PUMA stores, and through select Dhruv Kapoor stores and online channels. The larger collection arrives in March 2027 for the IPL season.
