Oklahoma City Thunder‘s superstar Russell Westbrook is seeing an incredible 2016/17 NBA season, having just gained the first perfect Triple-Double in NBA history just last week. As Westbrook makes his path towards this year’s MVP, Jordan Brand caught up with the power of Westbrook to release a pair of Air Jordan XXX1s in honor of the Triple Double king. The Air Jordan XXX1 “Why Not?” pays homage to Westbrook’s current go to shoe he’s been playing with all season. Fitting with his style, the shoe is dressed in a mix of OKC colors and the iconic “Black Cement” motif of the Air Jordan 3. The shoe also features Flyweave at the midfoot and forefoot, while an elephant print covers the heel. An Air Jordan XXX cushioning with signature galaxy print and icy outsole with the text “Why Not?” completes the entire assemble.

The Russell Westbrook’s Air Jordan XXX1 “Why Not?” are expected to drop on April 29 during the NBA Playoffs for an estimated price of $200 USD.

In other Westbrook news, Kendrick Lamar gave a shout out to Russell Westbrook and dropped a diss at Kevin Durant in “The Heart Part 4.”
