KITH x Nike Present 'Long Live the King' Mini-Documentary on LeBron James
A look into how Akron, Ohio’s prince became King.

Following early screenings at Benjamin N. Cardozo and St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, the mini-documentary, Long Live the King, is now available for online streaming. Directed by D.A.Yirgou and executive produced by Ronnie Fieg, the KITH x Nike film project delves into the life and success of LeBron James back when the sports world first dubbed him as the “Chosen 1.”
The documentary chronicles compelling stories from figures around James such as Uninterrupted CEO Maverick Carter, LeBron’s former high school coach Keith Dambrot, Nike executive Lynn Meritt, Ronnie Fieg and LeBron himself. Throughout the piece we’re presented raw footage of James’ rise through the ranks in high school in addition to exclusive behind the scenes footage taken in his personal life.
