After many years of success in the world of alcohol, Jägermeister has revealed plans for the company’s very first foray into sneakers. Teaming up with fellow German brand KangaROOS, the popular liquor manufacturer introduces a new collaborative collection that pays tribute to 80-plus years of operations in Wolfenbüttel.

Directly inspired by the iconic look of the Jägermeister bottle, the new KangaROOS-designed shoe features the traditional green, orange and white color scheme, while the drink’s golden logo also adorns the heel. Manufactured in Germany, the product is handmade in Münchweiler and is produced using some of the best deer leather available. Lastly, the entire collaboration is presented in a well-constructed wooden box and comes with three pairs of additional laces.

You can take a look the Jägermeister x KangaROOS collaboration above, and pick up the former brand’s first-ever pair of sneakers on December 16 at select German retailers. For more interesting styles, check out our round-up of this week’s essential drops.
