Visionaire Opening Largest East Coast Tamiya Mini 4WD Race Track
With cars from Tom Sachs, Virgil Abloh, Heron Preston and others on display.

Visionaire has teamed up once again teamed up with Cadillac House in New York City for another art installation. Following Daniel Arsham’s Lunar Garden installation will be the largest Tamiya Mini 4WD racing track on the East Coast. The cult 1980’s Japanese mini car racing model toys will receive an artistic outlet thanks to the space.
Cadillac House will offer racers of all levels as well as the general public an opportunity to build cars via purchasable kits, decorate them and then race them. Inspiration can be gained from artist-designed cars that will be on display, names like Tom Sachs, Virgil Abloh, Heron Preston and others. Those looking to really show off their skills can enter qualifying competitions on December 3, December 10 or December 17 for a chance to participate in the Grand Finale showdown on January 7, 2018.
The track opens on November 16 and runs through mid-January with the operating hours of noon to close and the first race of the day taking place at 1 p.m. Let us know if you’ll be racing, the address for Cadillac House is below.
