After initiating its Artist Series with Walter Pfeiffer, Helmut Lang moves forward with a new release. This time, Boris Mikhailov has been tapped to provide imagery for the line of shirts.

The artist provides a trio of collages from his “Look At Me I Look At Water” presentation. Mikhailov is known for his unaltered, raw images of real people and real life; this series is taken from a book that sought to recall a photo album that told stories from the artist’s personal experiences. Each image contains a set of photographs along with handwritten Russian notes and their typed English translations. Emblazoned on the front of white T-shirts, the prints feature Helmut Lang branding and artistic credit below the artworks.

Boris Mikhailove x Helmut Lang Artist Series launches today, ranging from $105 USD to $125 USD for short- and long-sleeved T-shirts, respectively, and $35 USD for a poster. A portion of sales will go to charity.

In related graphic news, Reddit‘s r/streetwear subreddit has become a magazine.
