adidas Originals Preps the NMD XR1 With New Winter Colorways
Arriving in beige and olive.
adidas’ NMD series has received numerous winter enhancements of late. For instance, the NMD City Sock linked up with Gore-Tex, while the NMD R1 got a “Wool Heel” upgrade. And now, adidas Originals is set to release two new winter colorways for the NMD XR1 in December.
Arriving in the seasonal colors of olive and beige, the revamped design, that debuted back in May, incorporates a high-set ankle sock and a reinforced Primeknit upper to defend against the harsh winter elements. The remainder of the silhouette keeps to its original, featuring a cage support, EVA plugs, rope lacing system and the classic BOOST midsole. The two tonal colorways will be available at adidas retailers come December 1 for $170 USD.
In other adidas news, the EQT Cushion ADV is also receiving two new colorways.
