Hiroki Nakamura's F.I.L. Indigo Camping Trailer to Carry Rare Vintage Pieces & visvim Wares
A “Traveling Trading Post.”
Hiroki Nakamura‘s F.I.L. Camping Trailer will be playing host to a unique pop-up shop. A vintage-inspired concept shop is set to travel around Japan, granting customers a unique experience and a chance at rare goods.
Entitled “The Traveling Trading Post,” the concept shop will travel to different cities in Japan. The concept keeps in line with Nakamura’s love for well-traveled vintage garments passed down through generations, as the venue will hold events involving natural dyes and patchworking. Furthermore, the shop will offer vintage clothing and one-off visvim pieces exclusive to certain locations, focusing on the label’s revisions of Japanese traditional wear. To top it all off, the tour will make its way around Japan in a refurbished station wagon.
The affair begins on November 3, hitting F.I.L. Sendai, before moving on to F.I.L. Hiroshima and ending at Dover Street Market Ginza. Take a look at the poster below and some of the available items above. Take a look at one of visvim’s latest dissertations here.
