Volkswagen Unveils Its All-Electric MEB Concept
VW unveils its highly anticipated conceptualization ahead of the Paris Motor Show.
With the Paris Motor Show a little over a week away, Volkswagen has finally unveiled the first all-electric vehicle to use its upcoming modular electric drive kit or MEB. The vehicle is a slightly more futuristic take on many of the current electric offerings out there; think of it as a sleek Golf x Jetta hybrid. Best of all? The MEB can supposedly travel 373 miles on a single charge.
Stay tuned for more regarding the MEB when it makes its public debut in Paris and expect many of its design cues to show up on VW models in the years ahead: Volkswagen plans to introduce 30 electric and hybrid vehicles in the next ten years alone.
