We’ve all been a victim to the snooze button. A comfortable bed plays our worst enemy at times when we have somewhere to be, but the Ruggie alarm clock has been developed in order to make waking up in the morning a more enjoyable transition. Developer Winson Tam has had enough first hand experiences of knowing the setbacks that come along with hitting the snooze button too much and wanted to create something comfortable and effective. High-density memory foam is used for quality comfort while its touch sensor system is implemented to notice your foot on the Ruggie. Its overall experience is enhanced thanks to motivational phrases being activated after stepping on the Ruggie for three seconds — which provides a spring to your morning along with a smaller window for cheating the system. You can now purchase the Kickstarter-backed product here and check out the product demo below.
