Creative Recreation 2015 Fall/Winter "Quest" Pack Part 1
The footwear brand comes in strong with new silhouettes and revamped classics.
Los Angeles-based footwear brand Creative Recreation introduces its forthcoming men’s sneaker range for the upcoming fall/winter season. Dubbed the “Quest” collection, part one of the season’s drop features a variety of reinterpreted classics as well as brand new models, both offered in a variety of colorways.
The clean and simple Turino offers a minimalist shoe with a hidden lacing system. The “White Cracked” colorway features a cracked leather upper with a microfiber suede lining and black ice outsole.
Classic hi-top model, the Adonis, sports the usual construction of a premium full-grain and engineered-perf leather upper, a Stitch-N-Puff leather vamp and collar, microfiber suede lining, YKK zippers on the medial and lateral sides, a padded tongue with a leather patch logo, and top heel counter. The Adonis “Zinfandel 3D” stands out for its tonal burgundy red hue.
The low-top Lacava Q silhouette too has been revamped this season, and now features the EVA “Quest” outsole as well as toe and heel traction pads, deep flex grooves, a hidden gillie lace system, and a black heel pull-tab. The sleek “Grey/Blue Vapor” pops for its mix of premium fabrics like cable-knit mesh, nubuck and heavy woven nylon throughout its upper, and EVA outsole with rubber bottom pods.
The Casso is the brand’s modern take on the retro runner. The “Black/Tropical Jacquard” colorway features an Okapi Jacquard-patterned upper with breathable sports-mesh lining, and an embroidered heel logo, whilst sitting atop an EVA midsole and custom rubber sole.
Finally, the brand also debuts the Spero — a stylish hiker boot that takes inspiration from the merging of bustling NYC city life with the stillness of nature and wilderness. The lightweight sneaker-boot hybrid boasts a soft full-grain leather upper with sandwich mesh, a pop-color mesh tongue, a multi-variation lacing system, tunnel hooks, D-ring and metal eyelets, two-tone rugged outdoor laces, toe and heel gripping, and an EVA “Quest” outsole with rubber bottom pods. The “Navy/Black/Red Sport” colorway outfits the hiker boot in a rich navy upper with bright red accents on the tongue and laces.
