Watch the 'Final Fantasy VII' Remake Gameplay Trailer
They are coming back to Midgar.
Earlier this year, we were made aware of a Final Fantasy VII remake during Sony’s presentation at E3. Over the weekend, PlayStation held its second PlayStation Experience conference in San Francisco, which led to a first look at a gameplay trailer of the remastered version. Tetsuya Nomura from Square Enix took to the stage to reveal the two-minute clip above and made an announcement that the original PC version is now available via PlayStation’s online store. Everyone who purchases the game will receive a custom Final Fantasy VII Remake PS4 theme of Cloud and a cityscape of Midgar. There’s no official release date yet on when the remade version will be available, but be sure to stay tuned for additional updates.
