J.W.Anderson Announces Collaboration With A$AP Rocky's AWGE Collective
“The first rule of AWGE is don’t ask questions about AWGE.”

Menswear designer John Anderson took to Instagram earlier to announce and preview a collaboration between menswear label J.W.Anderson and Harlem rapper-slash-self-proclaimed-fashion killa A$AP Rocky and his creative agency, AWGE, as part of the brand’s new J.W.Anderson Workshops space. The collaborative capsule sees Pretty Flacko reinterpreting some of Anderson’s designs and injecting them with a sense of Harlem swagger: there’s a half-zip sweatshirt with an oversized zipper pull and dual branding on the left breast, as well as a take on JWA’s fur teddy coat (retail price: $1,300 USD); beanies, meanwhile, are rumored to be priced at $275 USD a pop.
If you’re still wondering what AWGE stands for, you’re not alone: Rocky told The New York Times, “No one needs to know what the letters stand for. We know what it is, and that’s how we want to keep it.”
Look for the entire collection to drop on June 13.
