Doechii Hops on The Weeknd x Playboi Carti's "Timeless"
Throwing down a verse at the top of the track.
After interpolating Gotye and Kimbra‘s “Somebody That I Used to Know” on “Anxiety,” The Swamp Princess has hopped on her first The Weeknd track. For the first Doechii x Abel link-up, she hopped on “Timeless” to toss a verse onto the beginning of the track ahead of Playboi Carti‘s contribution.
The track still follows the same sonic structure, with Doechii delivering high-octane heat to kick things off.
“I been legit since I came out the swamp (Came out the swamp) / Miss TPA and the Birkin’s a croc’ (Birkin’s a croc’),” she starts off. “Strip a p*ssy n*gga down to his socks / Pullin’ up rockstar, kick it nonstop (Kick it nonstop) / I’m one of one, these b*tches is not (B*tches is not) / Crème de la crème, I’m the cream of the crop (Cream of the crop).”
