The epic fantasy journey of Rudeus Greyrat is officially set to continue, with the anticipated second part of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 officially slated to broadcast in 2027.The first teaser for Part 2 was revealed immediately following the Season 3’s Episode 14 finale, appearing through the anime’s official X account alongside a newly drawn end card, while TOHO Animation simultaneously released the announcement video on YouTube. Built around newly recorded dialogue from Orsted voice actor Kenjiro Tsuda, the brief teaser combines original drawings of the formidable Dragon God with layered visual effects, foreshadowing the long-awaited clash between him and Rudeus. The confrontation follows Rudeus’ unsettling discoveries surrounding his future and the Man-God, leaving him to protect his family while navigating an increasingly dangerous set of allegiances.
Adapted from Rifujin na Magonote’s light novel series illustrated by Shirotaka, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation follows Rudeus, a man reincarnated into a fantasy world who attempts to build a more meaningful second life using the knowledge retained from his previous existence. The Studio Bind-produced anime debuted in 2021, with its second season airing across two cours in 2023 and 2024 before Season 3 began in July 2026. Its first 14-episode cour has pushed the story into increasingly consequential territory, encompassing the Eris Training and Chaos Breaker storylines before positioning Orsted at the center of its next major conflict. Ryosuke Shibuya continues as director, with Yoshiaki Fujisawa composing the music and Studio Bind handling animation production. Season 3 Part 2 is scheduled to air sometime in 2027, although an exact premiere date and episode count have yet to be announced.
