The ASICS GEL-CUMULUS 16 is back in a new “Cream/Clay Grey” colorway. Set against a crisp white mesh base are core aesthetic elements in “Clay Grey” spanning the collar, heel, lace and midsole. Adding a layer of luster are metallic silver accents across the laceguards and ASICS stripes. Touches of “Cream” accents take on a less dominant role, subtly enhancing the sneaker’s visual depth behind its quarter overlays. This understated hue is also spotted on the tongue as ASICS’ logo, as well as on the heel as the highlighted “Gel” wordmark.
The shoe is equipped with ASICS’ signature GEL cushioning technology in both the rearfoot and forefoot, which provides excellent shock absorption during movement. The midsole features a lightweight Solyte material that enhances cushioning and durability. The Guidance Line technology on the outsole guides the foot through its natural gait cycle, promoting a more efficient stride.
