Ferrari Teases Potential 12cilindri Spider SF-25 Edition
As it unveils new Rosso Racing 2025 finishes now available across its consumer sports car lineup.
Ferrari is ushering in a new era of color with “Rosso Racing 2025,” a fresh livery developed for the latest racing season. Inspired by the Scuderia Ferrari SF-25 Formula 1 challenger, the vibrant hue is available in two finishes: “Opaco,” the matte shade used on the SF-25 race car and “Lucido,” a gloss variant featured on Ferrari’s 2025 Hypercar entries. Now, this striking color is crossing over to the road—specifically, to Ferrari’s sports car lineup.
Most notably, Ferrari appears to have reimagined the 12Cilindri Spider with an exclusive “SF-25 Edition” treatment. Dressed in the new Rosso Racing 2025 Lucido finish, the car hints at a motorsport-infused vision of Ferrari’s new V12-powered grand tourer. Its exterior boasts white and black livery details with number “25” graphics, yellow brake calipers and exposed carbon accents.
Inside, the cabin continues the race-inspired theme with red and black leather, carbon-backed bucket seats and SF-25 badging throughout. While Ferrari has yet to confirm if this is a production variant or simply a bespoke showcase piece, the SF-25 Edition could signal a new wave of personalization options — or even a limited-edition Spider variant in celebration of the brand’s 2025 F1 campaign.
