Charaf Tajer opened the third afternoon of Paris Fashion Week with his Fall/Winter 2025 collection underneath the Porte Tuileries gardens. Titled “Kaizen,” Casablanca focused on the five business-oriented principles of continuous improvement and found balance in “modernity, classicism, urbanity, and nature.”

Casablanca looks to center itself with “Kaizen” and pays tribute to the Japanese practice while continuing to explore East Asian cultures and traditions. The brand promotes its contemporary appreciation for Japan on the runway, marking the second collection engrossed in its amazement. Going from office to mountaintop, Casablanca depicts local subcultures through a respectful lens.

By taking a trip into the past, Casablanca pays tribute to 1980s Bōsōzoku biker gangs with vibrant leather outerwear and padded bottoms, while sweats arrived in gradient tribal prints from continuing eras. Japanese corporate culture is highlighted across burgundy suits and all-black tailoring before heading to the snow-covered mountains for a bit of relaxation. The collection was rounded out by ski-ready ensembles, embracing après-sk activities in cozy tracksuits before heading to local raves in neon gear.

Take a closer look at Casablanca’s FW25 collection in the gallery above.
