Kith Launches K-Tech Activewear Line & On Running Collab For SS25
Joining the performance gear wave that continues to influence the fashion industry.
On Thursday, Kith announced the launch of its activewear line K-Tech, a performance-driven collection designed with premium materials and advanced technical features. The inaugural collection is presented in a sleek black-and-white campaign, setting a quiet luxury-aligned tone for the brand.
The overall aesthetic reads as pared-back, offering a balanced line of essentials characterized by tonal color blocking and subtle technicality. Including everything from outerwear, inner layers, matching pants and shorts, and accessories the first collection is no soft launch. Each garment is suitable for high activity, made with materials like moisture-wicking honeycomb, 4-way stretch tricot, breathable mesh, and water-resistant wrinkle nylon.
In outerwear, Kith highlights the Nylon Bolt Shell Jacket, a water-resistant wrinkle nylon shell with mesh lining that optimizes breathability. Reflective accents add to the technical appeal of the design, while curvilinear piping gives the model an athletic look. Pants and shorts follow certain elements in the jackets including curved hems and contrast piping.
Several performance t-shirts made from nylon blends and moisture-wicking fabrics include the Panelled Donovan Tee, the Engineered Slate Tee, and the Honeycomb Tech Heathrow Tee. Each top mirrors some of the reflective accents throughout the line and features Kith & Kin and K-Tech graphics. To complete the collection, K-Tech offers a variety of accessories including the Nylon Griffey Runner Cap, Collapsible Griffey Camper Hat, and Nylon Camper Bucket Hat, all boasting K-Tech’s inaugural branding.
Finally, a new Kith collaboration with On Running is also showcased in the lookbook, offering a closer look at the same pairs that were teased by Ronnie Fieg himself earlier in the week. Images show the new Cloudzone runners in a simple duo of black and white colorways with simple textile uppers and signature soles engineered by On Running.
The rising interest in performance gear has led to recent tie-ups including a collaboration between Hoka and independent running brand SATISFY in 2024 and the new joint label NikeSKIMS, which was launched just yesterday. Kith’s Swiss collaborator On Running also had a major year, collecting almost $2.6 billion USD in sales in 2024. The premium athletic brand has already garnered an impressive list of collaborators in 2025 including Loewe, POST ARCHIVAL FACTION, and INVINCIBLE.
