It’s a milestone week for Ronnie Fieg and the KITH team as the brand continues the rollout of its ambitious collaboration with Giorgio Armani. Amidst the excitement, Fieg took to Instagram to tease another project — a New Balance 990v4 collaboration. KITH last teamed up with the American sportswear brand over the summer, working on the MS1300 and MT580 to commemorate its new Malibu flagship store. Now, following Aimé Leon Dore’s two 990v4s, Fieg has returned to the model.
In this brief preview of the new kicks, the shoe dons a color combination of “Grey” and “Cream” throughout its mixed material build. The upper leans on a soft brown throughout as grey enters the mix at the “N” logos and heel tab. The rear also hosts a distinct “KITH” hit while the sole unit favors an off-white finish.
At the time of writing, neither KITH nor New Balance have officially announced their forthcoming 990v4 collaboration. Stay tuned for updates, including a complete visual preview of the kicks, as we expect them to drop by the end of the year via KITH around the $210 USD price point.
