Check Out J Balvin's 'Rayo'-Inspired Air Jordan 4s
The custom chrome design, crafted by @andu.c, was originally a pair of “Military Black” 4s.
Colombian superstar J Balvin just dropped his latest Reggaetón album, Rayo, last week and has been making his media rounds in the time since then.
Just the other day, this included an interview with DIMELOKING, who made note of a special chrome pair of Air Jordan 4s that Balvin was wearing that day. While at first we weren’t sure if the pair was his next Jordan Brand collaboration, which would be fitting as he most recently worked on the Air Jordan 3 after collaborating on the Air Jordan 2 and 1, it turned out that the design is a custom made by @andu.c. Inspired by the album cover for Rayo, the pair, which started as 2022’s “Military Black” look, features white and a shimmering chrome throughout.
Given that this Rayo-inspired pair of Air Jordan 4s is a custom designed for J Balvin, it’s not ever going to made available for sale. That being said, if Balvin’s sequence of Air Jordan releases continues, the Air Jordan 4 would be the next silhouette for him to collaborate on. Stay tuned for updates involving J Balvin x Jordan Brand as we await word of what’s next from the duo.
