LỰU ĐẠN and CLOT's New Collaboration Charts the "Ever-Evolving Asian Identity"
The line, which first debuted on CLOT’s 20th-anniversary runway in Shanghai, includes oversized hoodies, sharp blazers, shell coats, tees and more.

Vietnamese-menswear brand LỰU ĐẠN has joined forces with Edison Chen’s CLOT for a collaboration that looks to “build a bridge between East and West” in a dialogue dissecting the ever-evolving Asian identity.
Chen first met LỰU ĐẠN designer Hung La — a first-generation Vietnamese-American fashioner who cut his teeth working at Nicolas Ghesquière’s Balenciaga and Phoebe Philo’s Céline — in his London studio. “Chen always appeared as a mythic figure, a legend and multidisciplinary mogul that La looked up to as he continued to invigorate the streetwear landscape with two decades of experience under his belt,” a press release reads. Today, their collaboration represents a “generational exchange,” in which both labels’ platforming of Asian style tropes finds synergy.
The 12-piece collection, which first debuted on CLOT’s 20th-anniversary runway in Shanghai, opens with oversized hoodies, zip-up jackets, graphic T-shirts and basketball shorts emblazoned with dual iconography in red and black tones. Down the line, the duo delivers a short-sleeve button-down shirt, which adopts an all-over yellow and black floral pattern, a sharp-shouldered faux leather blazer and a shell coat stamped with the pair’s co-branded signage on the back. Denim, too, plays a significant role in the capsule, composing snake-embossed “Maxi X Maxi X Maxi” jeans, straight-leg trousers and fitted jackets.
The LỰU ĐẠN x CLOT collection is now available to shop on LỰU ĐẠN’s webstore and via select retailers. Prices range from $25 USD to $880 USD. Explore the line, photographed in London’s Chinatown neighborhood, in the gallery above.
