Louis de Guzman Links up With SEGA for a ‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ Collaboration

Filipino-American artist Louis De Guzman has teamed up with SEGA to celebrate Sonic the Hedgehog with a collaboration. The artist’s distinctive style is amalgamated with the vibrant energy of Sonic and Shadow, all coming together in a unique product line for game enthusiasts and art collectors alike.
The collection includes a variety of apparel, merchandise and collectibles, spanning T-shirts, sweatshirts, Kid’s clothing, a lunchbox and limited-edition fine art screen prints to sculptures. Featuring Sonic and Shadow respectively, the vinyl sculptures are offered in two variations, both standing 11.5 inches tall. The two pieces capture their featured character in a dynamic motion and are embellished with De Guzman’s signature geometric shapes and pastel-like color palette.
To mark the launch, a retail/gallery pop-up will be held in Chicago from December 10 – 17, 2024, at 3477 S Archer Avenue. This event promises a unique and immersive experience, celebrating the legacy and excitement of Sonic the Hedgehog through art and merchandise.
