To inaugurate the opening of Selldorf Architects’ first-ever residential tower One Domino Square, Irish furniture brand Orior has unveiled a special penthouse filled with Orior furniture, lighting from Bocci and Blue Green Works, rugs from Katie Ann McGuigan, and much more.

Orior’s special interior first drew inspiration from the simplistic modernism and understated luxury of the building, which is clad in lustrous porcelain tiles. The immediate effect of the cozy interior space is a comforting softness provided by natural materials, richly warm hues, and curvilinear forms.

A beautiful spiral staircase unfurls into the main living space, enclosed by smooth white plaster running throughout the different levels of the home. This unexpected, yet soothing juxtaposition against the sharp exterior of the building continues with the Orior furniture, including a reimagined Nero Table in walnut and Irish limestone and the Eli Chair in a classic white boucle. While the panoramic view gives one the sense of being high above the vast city, consistently voluptuous cushion shapes and thick wooden legs across the range of furniture provide a strong grounding effect.

Lighting from Bocci and Blue Green Works leans into organic forms and irregularity, demonstrated in the cascading arrangement of draped light fixtures suspended over the living area. The textured selection of rugs roots each section of the condo in earthy tones from the dining room and bedroom, to the common areas and even the open-air terrace.

The Orior-designed space shot by William Jess Laird is unveiled as the company reaches the 10th anniversary of the opening of its first New York showroom in Williamsburg in 2015. Though the brand has since relocated to its Soho showroom, Orior’s return to Williamsburg within the One Domino Square tower naturally marks a full-circle moment.

Take a look at the gallery above for a look inside the newly opened waterfront tower.
