Wasted Youth Embraces Nonchalance for FW24
Rendered in an eclectic palette.
Verdy’s Wasted Youth has unveiled the official lookbook for its Fall/Winter 2024 collection. The first delivery of this seasonal range features 21 pieces spanning casual silhouettes and streetwear staples that are perfect for transitional climates.
The garments are rendered in an eclectic palette comprised of moody autumnal hues, failsafe monochrome as well as splashes of vivid greens and reds. From denim, jersey to plaid flannels, a sense of youthful nonchalance permeates the collection, with its laidback mood brought to life through the lens of Pavielle Garcia.
Appearing in large lettering, “Don’t bother me anymore” can be spotted throughout the lineup on an array of styles, albeit a crewneck sweater or a padded vest. Another noteworthy piece is the olive-hued sweatshirt that is emblazoned with “I Wasted Youth” in a gothic typeface. As seen on the drizzler jacket and chambray shirt, minimal branding and letterings take the spotlight, while graphic imprints take a backseat for this drop.
