Keith Haring x Malbon Golf Fuses Art and Sport
Mixing Haring’s dancing figures with Malbon’s progressive silhouettes.
While not a household name beyond golf circles, those who have followed the game and its unique personalities over the years recognize Jesper Parnevik for his strong sense of style and eccentric personality. The veteran golfer signed with Malbon at the beginning of the year and, honestly, was the only logical choice to style the brand’s new collaboration with the Keith Haring estate.
Encompassing t-shirts, polos, knitwear and accessories, the limited edition capsule combines many of the late New York artist’s recognizable motifs with Malbon’s “M” logo and slouchy, versatile golf silhouettes. Although admirers of Haring and fans of Malbon will find plenty of pieces to their liking, there are a few that stand out in particular. The first of those is the Malbon x Keith Haring Sweater Vest which is knit from 100% cotton and features large intarsia artwork across the chest. The collaborative Sherpa Pullover is another highlight, coming either in black with contrasting white artwork or green with tonal black artwork. The 100% polyester fleece build will keep you warm throughout autumn and beyond. Last up, although it may be moving out of season, don’t sleep on the Camp Shirt which has a repeating crawling figure depicted on a button-down silhouette.
