Stüssy Balances Staples and Statements For Holiday 2024
With an assortment of clean and cozy essentials, with bold outerwear to cut through winter gloom.
In preparation for the forthcoming festivities, Stüssy has unveiled the lookbook for its 2024 Holiday collection. The winter-ready collection features a range of Stüssy closet staples like flannel shirts, work jackets and jeans, along with a range of easy formal silhouettes for holiday happenings.
Enlarged check patterns cover insulating outerwear, as found in a plaid hooded fleece jacket and a collared black-and-white check jacket. The line boasts a mixture of knit sweater styles including an a tan woolen zip-up, an olive green wide rib pull over and a black Fair Isle style sweater. A tastefully toned down approach to graphic branding is apparent in monochromatic word marks and in a simplified collegiate font used on a heather crewneck.
For the most part, jeans and trouser styles provide a clean canvas for cozy layered looks. Standing out among pants are a small selection of patterned pieces including greyscale camouflage cargos and an alternative green camouflage trouser with rustic sensibilities.
However outerwear is where the collection shines in its boldest hues. For those missing the radiant sun in the winter months, a bright golden yellow shell jacket, a voluminous orange bomber, and a berry-hued varsity jacket are offered for final layers. Finally, little moments of formality give the collection a refined boost. Casual wool suiting, shearling collared leather jackets and a leather necktie offer dressed up touches without veering too lux for the brand’s laid-back West Coast ethos.
The first drop for Stüssy’s Holiday 2024 collection arrives on October 18 at 10am local time worldwide online and in select Stüssy stores.
