BlackEyePatch Delivers Dragon-Infused SS24 Capsule
Paying homage to the Lunar New Year.
BlackEyePatch is following up its collab with thisisneverthat with a capsule of its own. Like many other brands are doing to kick off 2024, BlackEyePatch has tapped into the spirit of the Lunar New Year to serve up a capsule of dragon-inspired apparel spanning quilted jackets and crewnecks.
The $218 USD quilted jackets lead the range, landing in black and olive colorways. Complete with a New York Times-stylized “BlackEyePatch” embroidered logo on the chest, the jacket features an oversized version of this insignia on the backside. Fleece pullovers, which also arrive in black and olive, run for $195 USD and offer up a subtle and soft silhouette, seeing snap buttoning down the middle.
In honor of this year’s Year of the Dragon, BlackEyePatch stamps dragon motifs on a bevy of pieces from its first Spring/Summer 2024 offering. “OG Dragon” crewnecks keep it lowkey on the front, and on the back, boast an oversized dragon graphic entangled with the BlackEyePatch logo. The dragon-inspired design is emulated on the “OG Dragon Claw” tee, which sees a dragon claw ripping through the label’s logo.
Elsewhere, crewnecks stamped with “THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD” across the middle stand out, with “Property of BlackEyePatch” etched underneath and another logo on the back. Accessory-wise, BlackEyePatch has whipped up two wearable accessories – the Gold Plate Pendant and Gold Plate Earrings – alongside an air freshener.
