21 Savage Unveils 'American Dream: The 21 Savage Story' Film Trailer With Donald Glover, Caleb McLaughlin
The ‘Atlanta’ and ‘Stranger Things’ stars portray 21 at different times in his life.
UPDATE: The four-minute trailer for American Dream: The 21 Savage Story has been released and includes new music from the i am > i was rapper. Meanwhile, Glover and McLaughlin portray 21 during the different phases in his life, while the likes of Jabari Banks, Natasha Lyonne, Victoria Pedretti, Young Mazino, Druski and more guest star.
ORIGINAL STORY: 21 Savage and Donald Glover might have a collaboration in the works – and it’s not a joint album. The rappers, along with Stranger Things star Caleb McLaughlin, appear in the cover art for what looks to be a biopic dubbed American Dream: The 21 Savage Story.
Yesterday, 21 took to his Instagram to share the below visual, which sees Glover and McLaughlin, both resembling the rapper at different parts of his life, posted up behind him. All three’s names are plastered atop the image, with “Coming Soon” stamped at the bottom underneath the title.

While The 21 Savage Story appears to be a biopic for the rapper – arriving a big year, polished off with U.S. citizenship and a headlining hometown show at London’s The O2 – remains unconfirmed.
