Ariana Grande is officially kicking off her next album rollout with the announcement of her upcoming single, “yes, and?”

The artist revealed on social media that “yes, and?” is scheduled to release on Friday, January 12 and did not share any additional details. Grande closed out her 2023 by sharing that her forthcoming seventh album is officially finished, uploading photos and videos of the record’s creation on Instagram with the caption “see you next year.”

Her upcoming album will mark her first solo full-length effort since 2020’s positions, which went on to debut at No. 1 and receive a nomination for Best Pop Vocal Album at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards.

In addition to her next album, Grande is starring in the movie adaptation of the famed Broadway musical Wicked, which is scheduled to hit theaters this November. The two-part adaptation will see her return to her Broadway roots and play Glinda opposite Cynthia Erivo’s Elphaba.
