Nike Air Max 96 Gets Hit With the Classic "Black/Team Scarlet" Colorway

The Nike Air Max 97 is forever an iconic model for the Swoosh. Continuing to expand its lineup, the sleek, bullet-train inspired silhouette is arriving in a classic “Black/Team Scarlet” colorway.
The latest edition sees the signature shoe dressed in black, team scarlet and gum medium brown. The shoe’s upper is constructed with a a scarlet red mesh base for breathability while black mesh helps to enhance the comfort of the tongue all the while complementing the racing stripes and mudguards in the same color. The red accents continue to the tongue overlays, inner lining, Swooshes as well as the heel tab. To round off the design, the shoe sits atop a white midsole and gum rubber outsole.
Look out for the Nike Air Max 97 “Black/Team Scarlet” arriving in Spring 2024 at select retailers and online at Nike for $175 USD.
