Tom Hiddleston Hints at Chaotic Time Travel in 'Loki' Season 2 Official Trailer
Ke Huy Quan makes his series debut.
Marvel Studios and Disney+ have released the official trailer for Loki Season 2. Following the reveal of the new poster, which teases fans on the time travel motifs ahead, now audiences can get a better understanding at the serious repercussions of time-slipping as Tom Hiddleston‘s character moves through time.
Hiddleston returns as the God of Mischief, set to face many challenges ahead. In the trailer, Loki can be heard saying, “I’m being pulled through time, between the past and the present. If what I saw is true, there’s nothing that stands between this world and utter destruction.” The second season appears to pick off right from the season one finale, which saw Sophia Di Martino’s Sylvie throw everything into chaos after stabbing Jonathan Majors’ He Who Remains. Loki is then thrown into an alternative timeline, which is where season two begins.
Ke Huy Quan makes his debut as the character O.B., who LOki and Owen Wilson‘s Morbius reaches out to to help them navigate the chaos of the Time Variance Authority. The second season also stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Tara Strong, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr and Neil Ellice.
Loki Season 2 arrives on Disney+ on October 6. Watch the trailer above.
