After officially unveiling her second collaboration with Nike, British-Jamaican designer Martine Rose builds anticipation for its release by dressing the United States Women’s National Team for their first seasonal match.

The new Martine Rose x Nike collection promotes on-field inclusivity through tailored uniforms that leave dated gender norms behind. The transitional wardrobe consists of player suit jackets with faded diamond-shaped markings, tonal formal shirting, and staple trench coats with a third sleeve looped through the collar to emulate fanatic football scarves.

Yellow-tinted visor sunglasses shield players from the blinding sun on-field, while stockings and goalkeeper gloves boast co-branded touches destined for victory. Three new Nike x Martine Rose Shox Mule MR 4 colorways arrive in vibrant yellow-to-orange and blue-to-purple gradient styles, completing the collection with a final paint-splattered edition.

Martine Rose continues to redefine female football fashion ahead of the launch, seeing the United States Women’s National Team head to their first game in the genderless offering. The players arrived in head-to-toe collaborative gear, getting off the bus in custom blazers with Martine Rose and flag-inspired USA badges made exclusively for the women’s team. Megan Rapinoe, Alex Morgan, Crystal Dunn, and Lynn Williams stood strong together, relentlessly stepping under the spotlight and asking others to do the same.

Take a closer look at the United States Women’s National Team wearing the collection in the gallery above. The new Martine Rose x Nike garments, accessories, and footwear will release via Martine Rose on July 25 and at Nike and select retailers on July 27.

Elsewhere, simplistic elegance defines Kappa x Venezia FC’s 2023/24 away jersey.
