PLEASURES' Latest Capsule Honors the Influence of Sonic Youth

For its latest investigation of music history, PLEASURES has come together with Sonic Youth for a limited capsule collection. Standing as one of the most influential acts to emerge from the American underground, the iconic band is celebrated for its innovative use of alternate tunings, dissonance, and feedback. Coupled with their outlook of post-punk and no-wave, Sonic Youth’s musical intensity set the landscape of music today.
Comprised of 38 styles, the Sonic Youth by PLEASURES capsule collection features jackets, sweatshirts, shirts, T-shirts, jerseys, denim, shorts, caps, beanies, and an array of accessories. The special range features band member photographs, album artwork, and archives graphics, along with album artwork and inspiration from Raymond Pettibon and Mike Kelley. The selection of ephemera created by PLEASURES and Sonic Youth is deeply inspired by the band’s legacy and is designed for everyone to enjoy.
