New music from Young Thug may be on the way after the artist took to Instagram to share a cryptic countdown accessible via a QR code.

The countdown is set to go off on between Thursday, June 22 and Friday, June 23, and appears on the website link businessisbusiness.biz — the same phrase Thugger uses on his post. To add fuel to the fire, producers like Metro Boomin, London On Da Track, Southside, Chase B and Wheezy all posted the same QR code with either the same “BUSINESS IS BUSINESS” phrase or calls to free the artist.

If the theories are correct, next week’s release will mark the first piece of new solo material Thugger will have dropped since his arrest in May 2022 over RICO charges.

Check out the QR code below and stay tuned for more info.
