Last year, Yoon Ahn and the AMBUSH team unearthed an archived Nike silhouette — the Air Adjust Force. Outfitting the sneaker in four unique colorways, its resurgence has led to the reveal of several general release presentations. Now, it would seem the Swoosh has taken things to the next level by converting the old trainer into a sandal.

Appearing in two color options already, the unnamed silhouette appears with a mix of fresh and classic details. First, its removable strap adds cradling to the slip-on, creating a heel that is otherwise empty without it in place. Metallic Swooshes are featured at the lateral in both looks while the shoe’s base upper utilizes a padded shape with four segments. Supporting the wearer’s foot, the wavy sole unit of the Air Adjust Force returns with some tweaks — including the removal of the visible Air unit, addition of a layer in place of the mudguard and a smooth section just below it. Its color options start with a black upper joined by an iridescent strap and cream sole which is offset by an all-white look with an icy translucent outsole.

No details regarding this sandal-style iteration of the Nike Air Adjust Force — including its name — have been divulged just yet. Sit tight as we expect it to launch by the end of summer via Nike and select retailers.

For more of the latest and greatest in the footwear space, LeBron James’ “Four Horsemen” colorway has appeared on the Nike LeBron 20 following news of the Air Force 1 Low version’s launch.
