ENNY Leaves No Stone Unturned in New 'We Go Again' EP
With Loyle Carner featuring on the closing track.
British rhymer ENNY has returned with new music — or in her words, a “care package” — titled We Go Again, which is a six-track project that features Loyle Carner on the closing track.
ENNY has been making it clear on social media that she has been working hard to present consistent flurries of music for her hungry fans. Now, the latest bit of groundwork has been laid with her new EP, which comes hot on the heels of her last single, “No More Naija Men.” And while the past months have welcome speckles of new material — such as the recently-dropped “Champagne Problems” that came with an Unknown T remix — it was only announced last month that her latest mini project was on the way.
Now, the new “care package” has arrived, welcoming a slew of production credits from the likes of Paya, Emil, Yogic, Baker Aaron, Beat Butcha, and Linden Jay. Additionally, the EP also includes a much-welcomed feature from Loyle Carner on “Take It Slow.” As a whole, the project is a mixture of lo-fi electronics, soul, and hip-hop, while the overarching topics of the six-tracker touch on notes of Black excellence, love, lust, and the struggles that come with carving through the ever-so-saturated music industry.
The EP also comes with a lead single called “Charge It” and you can check out the official music video above, while We Go Again is available to stream in its entirety below.
