London-based designer Simone Rocha always knows how to amaze her audience, making bold doll-like designs her trademark. Rocha’s Fall/Winter 2023 showcase at London Fashion Week was an ideal picture of this, building her own sinister dollhouse dominated by billowing silhouettes fit for royalty.

Continuing this same theme, Simone Rocha has just dropped her latest footwear offering, which elevates the typical Brogue shoe to new heights with enlarged sportswear soles and floral embellishments. The silhouette’s traditional leather build is replaced with high-gloss Napa leather that imitates plastic casts. In addition, the shoe is cut off at the mudguards and lower perimeters, assembled atop dissimilar blacked-out sole units that boast a sportswear feel.

The chunky bottoms feature wavy outlines, embossed geometrical plaques, and circular indentations for an elevated look. Finally, petite laces are accented with pearl ornamentations shaped into the designer’s blooming emblems for the flower boy in you.

Take a closer look at Simone Rocha’s Trek Daisy Brogue shoe in the gallery above. The model is available now via select retailers, such as Dover Street Market, for $995 USD.
