Shake Shack Buffalo Chicken Menu Delivers Tangy Heat

After sharing a Hot Honey offering, Shake Shack Hong Kong is now readying a new menu centered around the iconic Buffalo wing. Holding an assorted origin, Buffalo wings are believed to have originated in Buffalo, New York back in 1964. The chicken wing style is generally deep-fried and coated or dipped in a sauce of vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and melted butter. The wings are served hot often alongside celery sticks and carrot sticks with blue cheese dressing or, primarily outside of New York, ranch dressing for dipping.

Shake Shack Hong Kong’s upcoming limited-time Buffalo Chicken Menu captures the familiar bold, spicy flavor to reimagine the Chick’n Shack, Chick’n Bites, and Crinkle-Cut Fries. The tangy heat is also paired with cooling ranch sauce that meshes perfectly with Shake Shack’s custom spice blend Buffalo sauce.

The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich features a crispy, hand-breaded chicken breast or thigh covered in rich Buffalo sauce, topped with ranch, pickles, and shredded lettuce, all held between a toasted potato bun. Offered in 6-Piece and 10-Piece sizes, Buffalo Chicken Bites see the chicken breast bites served with Buffalo sauce. While the Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries tops Shake Shack‘s signature crispy crinkle-cut fries with decadent cheese sauce and a dusting of tangy Buffalo seasoning, served with ranch on the side.

Priced between $43 and $63 HKD (approximately $5.50 and $8 USD), the Buffalo Chicken Menu is now set to be available at Shake Shack locations throughout Hong Kong from April 4 until May 24.
